Cancelling Orders
Most orders you place on Novobeads.com enter the shipping process fast so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't shipped: You can cancel the order via 301-543-8989 or info@novobeads.com.
If your order has already shipped: Since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you'll need to follow the return merchandise policy and procedures.
30-Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full product refund or an exchange.
Our Return Process:
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized , or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
How To Prepare A Return:
To return product back to Novo within 30 days, follow these steps:
Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and safely package items to avoid any damage.
Ship and Insure Your Package. You, the buyer, are responsible for shipping costs on all return goods unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any shipping service. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and maintain a tracking number or return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Novo.*
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Novo.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
*Novo will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
