Novobeads 30-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full product refund or exchange. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Warranty

Beyond 30 days, all Novobeads sterling silver and 14-karat gold products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not apply to silk, leather, or plated beads. General wear and tear, tarnishing, misuse, stretching of bracelets, exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, or theft are not considered manufacturer defects and are not covered by the warranty.

Returns for Repair

Faulty or damaged items will be evaluated, and may be repaired or replaced. If the damage is not covered by the manufacturer defect warranty or you do not have proof of purchase, a fee may be assessed to repair or replace the item.

Preparing, Shipping and Insuring Your Return

Safely package items to avoid any damage, including all original packaging. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

  • Less than $500: Ship via any shipping service, fully insured, and maintain a tracking number or return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Novo Trading.
  • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Novo Trading. (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by return shipping.
