DOMESTIC ORDERS

Get FREE shipping on all domestic USA orders, including overseas, when you select USPS First Class Mail at checkout. Orders ship from Baltimore, Maryland. Most items ship within one business day after receipt of order.

Other shipping options for most US destinations include USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day. Orders with expedited shipping selected received by noon will ship on the same business day.

DOMESTIC ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Please call 410-381-550 or email us if you wish to cancel before the order has shipped. If already shipped, you have 30 days to return the item for refund. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will not ship until funds have been deposited in our account (usually about 2-3 days after receipt of order). Shipping options for most countries include USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.

Buyer is responsible for payment at time of delivery for any sales tax, value added tax, brokerage fee, customs duty, et cetera which may be demanded by a foreign state.
